Weekly Shonen Jump has recently added two more series to its long running magazine. The first was High Kyuu!!!, which is actually Japanese for Volleyball. I facepalm at the title, but i’ve yet to read this series, so i can’t comment past that. The second new series, however, is the topic of our post. So i bring to you my first impressions of Pajama na Kanojo.

Throbbing Love Fantasy of the Stars Above!

Otomaki Makura & Mezamashi Keisuke have been best friends all their life. They’ve bathed together, they’ve played together; but all things must come to an end as adolescents catches up to them, bring about the feelings that come along with it. At least that’s the tone i got from the first half of this story. I would say that the first half of the story is meant to establish out main love interests, but in reality, after seeing this page. I’m pretty sure all your manga fans can tell what kind of series this is gonna be.

And our second contender, weighing in a one ton per breast, Lover Interest #2!

Because only in Manga can a simple bump create a breeze enough to not only throw up a woman’s skirt, but her shirt enough the we could see her bra as well. And next page we see him grabbing her bum through a box. Ok, let me explain. This is Shirai-Senpai, a person who is the big talk of the school after starring in a commercial that morning. Wanted to escape from… fans? Executives? I don’t know, the manga never clarified on that. To escape, Keisuke hides her in a box which he carries out of the school. She then proceeds to verbally tease him, cause we need to save the sexual teasing for a later chapter. I’m calling it right now. This manga’s gonna go for a PG-13 rating by the end of its run.

Ok, to be Honest, Those Thighs look hot as fuck. Nice job, Kosuke.

Makura witnesses this, assuming its more that it appears, and try’s to get back at him with Sexual Tension. Told ya so.

Ass Ass Ass Ass Ass Ass Ass Ass Ass

Ok, i’m sorry, i’m focusing too much on female sexy parts. Must stop writing with my penis. So the tension does get to Keisuke, causing him to yell at Makura. After that, she leaves and time passes. Late at night, Keisuke’s mother asks him to go find Makura, who never made it home. Keisuke heads to an old sunflower patch, as its important to their past. Its here that Keisuke had been lost here before, and Makura was able to find him when no one else  could. So, of course, and feel free to say it with me. Keisuke was able to find Makura without trouble.

Yes, even this needs Fan Service.

Sharing this heartfelt moment, it almost seems like there’s nothing that could get in the way of their love. That they have shared so many memories together that its seems only natural that they would get together by the end of this series. However, things aren’t always what they appear. Keisuke’s mother calls him up telling him that she’s sending a cab for him to come to the hospital. Her voice is rushed and urgent, as if something horrible has happened, and then we find out…

So you think your in love with a dead chick, tonight on Dr.Phil

Overall, this first chapter didn’t impress me too much, but this cliffhanger ending, i guarantee, will make me come back next week to find out what the hell is going on. Did She really die? Is she in a coma maybe and having an out of body experience? This was a great cliffhanger, worthy of the levels of Bakuman. As for the rest, its average. Nothing really jumped out, but nothing was too bad. The Characters were a bit bland, with only sparks of personality and really, there doesn’t seem to be a plot to this manga other than the girl i loved is dead and now she’s haunting me. Didn’t we do this same manga with mirrors just a short while ago? So, if this sounds like a story that would interest you, then by all means, look this series up. But if what i’ve talked about sounds like it would bore you, then you might wanna skip this manga. Thanks for Reading, don’t forget to comment down below, and have a great day.
